What is the Face Plunge?
The Arauris Pure face plunge is a facial cold plunge bowl with a separate outer chamber for ice. It cools the water without ice touching your skin, making plunging smoother, safer, and more enjoyable.
How do I use The Face Plunge
Add ice (and optional infusions like cucumber or lemon slices) to the outer chamber, then fill the inner bowl with water. Rock the bowl gently forward and back to circulate the chilled water. Immerse your face for 10–30 seconds at a time. You can either hold your breath as you submerge, or breathe through the included snorkel for longer submersion times.
How often should I Face Plunge?
Daily use is recommended. Many people face plunge in the morning to reduce puffiness, throughout the day for a quick boost, or before bed to relax.

Do I put ice directly into the water?
