1. Processing & Handling Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.


2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship through trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, freight, and Amazon.

  • Options: Standard, Expedited, and International shipping.

  • Restrictions: We cannot ship to PO Boxes.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Domestic (Lower 48 States): 3–5 business days.

  • International: 1–2 weeks.
    Please note: delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to holidays, weather conditions, or custom-made items.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Shipping: Free.

  • International Shipping: Customers are responsible for any surcharges, duties, or taxes.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor delivery progress.


6. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

If your package arrives damaged, lost, or stolen:

  1. First contact the carrier directly.

  2. Then contact our team at support@faceplungecompany.com for further assistance.

Depending on the situation, we may issue a replacement, refund, or file a claim with the carrier.


7. International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Please be aware:

  • Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees.

  • Customs processing may cause additional delays outside our control.


8. Delivery Issues

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.


9. Large / Freight Orders

Some orders may ship via freight delivery.

  • Delivery requirements: curbside drop-off, lift gate service, or scheduled delivery as needed.

  • Customer responsibility: someone must be present to accept delivery.
